Our Energy and Sustainability teams worked closely with the wider design and planning consultants to prepare and deliver robust Energy and Sustainability strategies in support of a planning application for the development of 96 prefabricated holiday cabins, designed to meet local planning requirements while optimising energy performance, enhancing occupant comfort, and aligning with long-term sustainability goals.

The commission included detailed energy modelling, and the preparation of an Energy & Sustainability Strategy Report to demonstrate compliance with national and local planning policies. Our input helped shape a development that balances environmental performance, regulatory compliance, and design aspirations.
