Stuart has established and successfully run several building consultancy businesses since 2003, before merging with the Consult Construct Group in 2020 to set up Consult Sustain Ltd. He has worked specifically in the energy & sustainability sector for the past 15 years and now heads the energy team in providing practical consultancy on energy efficiency and sustainability in buildings.

Sam is passionate environmentalist with experience consulting for multiple environmental and engineering companies. He has worked across the UK and the Middle East on a variety of high-profile projects from residential masterplans to healthcare decarbonisation strategies. Sam provides sustainability advice for new development and refurbishment projects as well as ESG and decarbonisation consultancy for corporate clients. He has worked within the energy & sustainability sector for the past 10 years and now heads the sustainability team in providing pragmatic advice to clients within the built environment.
With over 20 years’ experience in senior leadership roles across the property and sustainability sectors, Francesca brings a sharp operational focus and people-first mindset to her role at Consult Sustainability.
She is instrumental in shaping the company’s direction, and leads day-to-day operations, drives strategic growth, and lays solid foundations for scalable, sustainable success.
Her expertise spans business development, finance, marketing, and team leadership—ensuring alignment between people, processes, and performance. Passionate about building high-performing teams and smart systems, Francesca champions a collaborative approach, clear communication, and a culture of accountability, adaptability, and purpose.
